These are questions most commonly asked. If your question is not addressed here, please contact me.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Items purchased requiring no customization are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Items purchased requiring customization take a little bit longer and you should allow 2 weeks for the entire process (order, payment, proof approval, shipment, arrival). Custom orders typically process and ship in 2-3 weeks. This allows time for revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

Can I make any revisions to items currently for sale in your shop?
Slight revisions may be made to items already available in my shop. Depending on the type of request or the time involved, a small fee may be applied. If you have a revision request, please contact me for a quote.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available for an extra $5. If you are interested in having your order give wrapped, please purchase this listing or send an email to hello@stephaniecreekmur.com.

What is your return policy?
Refunds are not issued for personalized items unless Stephanie Creekmur has made an error. If so, please contact me and I'll be happy to make it right! For custom design orders, I do not issue refunds for partial or full payments under any circumstances. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied or you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact me.



How long does it take to receive a personalized order?
Personalized orders typically ship in about 2-3 weeks from the order date. Ship dates for custom items are based on the event date and will be arranged during the booking in process.

Will I receive a proof beforehand?
Absolutely! After purchase is made and I have received the necessary information, I will email you a proof. Your approval is needed before the order is sent to print. Production typically takes 3 days and your order will ship when everything is ready. Some purchases require longer production times and that will be specified in the product listing.

Where do I submit my wording/photos?
If you are purchasing through the Etsy shop, please include important information in the Notes to Seller section during checkout. If you are not purchasing through Etsy, please email me at hello@stephaniecreekmur.com with all the information for your order.

My wedding colors don't match the design. Can I change them?
Only certain suites give you the option of choosing custom colors. Please view each item's description to find out if this option is offered.

Do you offer letterpress?
At this time, I do not. It is definitely something I'd like to offer in the future though!
